Open fire at the trekking camps

The risk of forest fires in Rhineland-Palatinate is rising due to the ongoing drought.

Therefore, from a forest fire danger index of 3 and higher, any kind of open fire / open flame (use of the fireplace, gas cooker, lighters and similar items) is prohibited on the trekking camps.

The precautionary rules for forest fire hazards must be observed.
